At MadeusJobs, we strive to provide a seamless experience for both job seekers and employers. However, if you are not fully satisfied with our services, we’re here to help. Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.

Subscription Refunds:

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your subscription or service purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.To be eligible for a refund, you must not have used the purchased services extensively (such as downloading candidate profiles, posting multiple job listings, or using premium features). Partial usage may result in only a partial refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:
Job postings that have been live for more than 30 days.
Subscription plans that have been used to access candidate information. (if applicable)
Services that involve consultations, resume reviews, or other custom services once rendered

Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds in certain cases, such as:
If services have been partially used.
If services have been partially used.

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review your account and usage history. You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after approval:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or bank, as there might be a processing delay.
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@madeus.com.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are only applicable within the 30-day refund window.
Cancelled subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which services will no longer be accessible.
